Payments by Manual Bank Transfer
All mutual fund purchase transactions must be made cashlessly for data security and transparency.
For manual transfers through a bank teller, make sure the transaction uses the “book transfer” method and not a “cash deposit”.
Transactions using a “cash deposit” slip will be rejected and the purchase transaction cannot be processed. The client will need to request a refund if the funds have already been received by the Custodian Bank.
