Make sure your correspondence address is up to date. Click your name in the top-right corner and select “My Profile”, then select “Edit Profile”. Choose “Employment & Financial Data” and update your correspondence address. It may take up to 2 exchange days for the correspondence-address change request to be processed through the relevant Custodian Bank.
