In accordance with Law No. 10 of 2020 on Stamp Duty, Mutual Fund Unit Holders whose total Mutual Fund transactions exceed Rp10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) in one day across all APERDs (Mutual Fund Selling Agents) will be subject to a fixed stamp duty of Rp10,000 (ten thousand rupiah).

Each month, PT KSEI will provide a Daily Consolidated Transaction Report together with the stamp duty charged on those Daily Transactions. Based on the monthly stamp duty report, Moduit as an APERD prepares a Stamp Duty Invoice to be sent to you.

This includes all transactions that reduce or increase participation units, such as Subscription, Redemption, Switch-Out, Switch-In, Liquidation, Reinvestment, Unit Adjustment, Transfer Out, and Transfer-In carried out by clients (Mutual Fund Unit Holders).

Your total Daily Consolidated Transactions through the Moduit app + other APERD apps + Investment Managers > (greater than) Rp10,000,000 = Stamp Duty of Rp10,000 applies. Your total Daily Consolidated Transactions through the Moduit app + other APERD apps + Investment Managers = (equal to) Rp10,000,000 = Stamp Duty of Rp10,000 does not apply. Your total Daily Consolidated Transactions through the Moduit app + other APERD apps + Investment Managers < (less than) Rp10,000,000 = Stamp Duty of Rp10,000 does not apply.
